Instruction of revocation

Right of revocation

You have the right to revocate the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date on which you have taken, or a representative of you, who is not the carrier, has taken the goodsin possession. To exercise your right of revocation, you must contact and inform us (e.g. by post letter, fax or email to Cammello Maculato Lingerie GmbH, Rembrandtstraße 26, 14467 Potsdam, Email: info@cammello-maculato.com, Tel: 0049 157 753 575 53) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement. You may use the attached revocation form above which is not prescribed. In order to observe the revocation period it is sufficient that you send your message concerning the exercise of the right of revocation before the 14-days deadline.

Effect of revocation

If you revocate this contract, we will pay back all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than those offered by us) and repay immediately not later than thirty days from the date on which the notification of your revocation is received by us. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless both parties explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case you will be free of fees for such repayment. You bear the direct shipping costs of returning the goods. However, we can withhold the repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods, whichever is the earlier one.

You have to send or hand over the goods to us (Cammello Maculato Lingerie GmbH, Theresa Beiglböck-Gramer, Strelitzer Straße 50, 10115 Berlin, Germany) immediately, in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You only need to pay any loss of value of the goods, if the loss of its value is due to an unnecessary check of the goods nature, characteristics and functioning as a lingerie/underwear product or a careless handling by you, that contaminate it as a hygiene item.
